Castello di CORBARA|UMBRIA
“Classico” means the wines made from the grapes from selected traditional vineyards.
“Superiore” means the wines aged longer than standard by an year.
Corbara takes such time and effort to make their wines in Orvieto, which is famous for white wines.
All the grapes are harvested by hand, carefully picking only the grape fruits in the best condition after assessing their ripeness. The winery continues to study the grape varieties, soils and microclimates with the aim of re-evaluating the native grapes in their region. These sincere efforts are manifested in the drops of their wines.
